Privacy Policy

Kuttura LLC · Effective Date: November 7, 2026

1. Introduction

Kuttura LLC ("Kuttura," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information across the company: when you visit our website at kuttura.llc, use our applications, work with us as a client, work for us as an employee, or hold an ownership interest in Kuttura LLC as a member. Kuttura LLC does not sell your personal information.

Each Kuttura application has its own privacy policy with the details for that app. Where an app's policy covers something more specifically, that app's policy controls for that app.

2. Our website (kuttura.llc)

The kuttura.llc website is a set of static pages. It has no sign-up, no account, and no forms that collect information. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on the website, and the website itself does not set cookies.

  • Hosting. The website is hosted by Porkbun. Like any web host, its servers may process your IP address, browser details, and the time of your request in order to deliver the page. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs under its own policies.
  • Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. Google's privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Videos. Some pages offer videos. A YouTube video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play. Once loaded, YouTube (Google) may collect information under its own policies.
  • Links to other sites. Our pages link to other sites, including TikTok, and to our applications. When you follow a link, the other site's privacy policy applies.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and we use it to answer you.

3. Our applications

Kuttura applications collect only what each app needs to work. Depending on the app, that may include account information (such as email address, a username or screen name, and a one-way hash of your password), content you create in the app, device and technical information, and, for paid features, subscription status. Payments for paid features are processed by a payment provider; Kuttura LLC does not store full payment card numbers. Some apps keep information only on your device. Some apps use artificial intelligence features, including AI used for data analytics and report generation in VibeCheck; see our AI Notice.

Our applications are hosted by service providers who process information only to provide their services to us. For the specific information each app collects, how long it is kept, and how to delete it, read that app's policy:

4. Clients

What we collect. When you hire Kuttura (for example, through our Applications Division or Special Projects), we collect the business contact details of you and your team (name, email, phone, mailing address), the proposals, contracts, and statements of work we agree on, project communications and materials you give us, and billing records such as invoices, payments, and tax identification details needed for invoicing.

Why. To deliver the work, communicate with you, invoice and get paid, keep accurate business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations.

How it is kept and shared. Client records are kept on paper and in digital form, with access limited to people who need it, and are protected as described in Section 8. Payments are handled through our bank and a payment processor. We share client information only with service providers who help us run the business (such as accounting or payment providers), with professional advisers such as our accountant or attorney, as you direct, or when required by law.

How long. We keep contracts and billing records for as long as the engagement lasts and afterward for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, and contract law, or as needed to resolve disputes. In general, we keep information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and as required by applicable tax, employment, and business-record laws.

Your rights. You may ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, and to delete information we are not required to keep. Some records, such as invoices and signed contracts, must be kept for legal and tax reasons even after a request to delete.

5. Employees

What we collect. If you apply to or work for Kuttura, we collect information such as your name, contact details, application and résumé, Social Security number and tax withholding forms (such as Form W-4), employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) and the documents presented for it, pay rate, payroll and bank deposit details, time and attendance records, benefits enrollment and the dependents or beneficiaries you name, emergency contacts, and performance and personnel records.

Why. To hire you, verify that you are eligible to work, pay you, withhold and report taxes, provide benefits, keep a safe workplace, and meet employment and tax law.

How it is kept and shared. Employee records are kept securely as described in Section 8. Payroll may be processed by a payroll service provider, and benefits, if offered, are provided through benefits providers. Access is limited to people who need it to run payroll and personnel matters. We share employee information with payroll and benefits providers, with government agencies as required (such as tax and employment-eligibility reporting), with professional advisers, and when required by law. Sensitive items such as Social Security numbers and I-9 documents receive restricted access.

How long. We keep payroll, tax, I-9, and personnel records for as long as required by applicable tax and employment law, and longer if needed for a legal claim.

Your rights. You may ask to see and correct your personnel information. You may update your tax withholding and direct deposit information at any time. Records the law requires us to keep cannot be deleted on request until that period ends. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights.

6. Members (owners) of Kuttura LLC

What we collect. For each member of Kuttura LLC, we keep name, contact details, taxpayer identification number, ownership percentage and membership interest, capital contributions and distributions, capital account records, the operating agreement and its amendments, signed consents and meeting records, and tax records such as Schedule K-1.

Why. To maintain the company's ownership and governance records, carry out the operating agreement, make distributions, prepare tax returns and K-1s, and meet state filing and tax obligations.

How it is kept and shared. Some member records are kept on paper and others digitally, protected as described in Section 8, with access limited to the company's managers and advisers. We share member information with an outside tax preparer or accountant, our bank as needed for account and distribution purposes, government agencies as required for tax and state filings, and as required by law or the operating agreement.

How long. Ownership and governance records are kept for the life of the company and afterward as required by law. Tax records, including K-1s, are kept for as long as required by applicable tax law.

Your rights. Members may review and correct their own records and have the information rights given by the operating agreement and applicable LLC law. Kuttura LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, and New Mexico law governs the company's member records and member rights.

7. How we share information

Kuttura LLC does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only (a) with service providers who may use it only to provide their services to us; (b) when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kuttura LLC, our users, or others; and (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Some client and member records are kept on paper; app user account data is kept digitally.

  • Paper records are kept in secured, locked storage, with access limited to people who need them, and are securely shredded when no longer needed.
  • Digital records are protected with access controls and least-privilege access, are encrypted in transit, and are stored with reputable hosting providers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. App users can use the tools described in each app's policy. To make any request, contact us as described in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, may give you the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights, and we will honor requests as required by applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above.
