AI Notice
Kuttura LLC · Effective Date: November 7, 2026
How we use AI
Kuttura LLC uses artificial intelligence, which our policies also call synthetic consciousness, in our work. This notice explains where.
On this website
- Images and video. Some images and videos on this website were created or edited with AI tools. Where a Special Projects item says it is an AI rendering or AI video creation, that is what it is: an interpretation, not a historical photograph or record.
- Text and code. Some text and code on this website may have been drafted or assisted with AI tools and reviewed by people at Kuttura.
- The website itself has no chatbot or AI feature that processes your information.
In our applications
- VACR (Project Oozlefinch). When you submit a photo or frame to identify an aircraft, it is sent to our application host and to the AI model provider, xAI, so the app can return an identification. We do not keep a photo archive of scans. See the VACR Privacy Policy.
- VibeCheck. Kuttura uses AI in VibeCheck for data analytics and report generation, to aggregate and analyze information in connection with the service. See the VibeCheck Privacy Policy.
- Building our apps. We may use AI tools to help write and build our software, and people at Kuttura review the results.
What to keep in mind
AI output can be wrong. An aircraft identification or any other AI result is a best guess and should not be relied on for safety, legal, or other important decisions without checking it. Information processed by AI is handled under our Privacy Policy and each app's own policy.
